공장의 제작상 책등부분의 눌림과 앞면 창구멍 부분이 매끄럽지 못한 부분 등은 불가피하게 교환/환불이 불가능합니다. 또한 미세한 찍힘, 미세한 인쇄 튐, 미세한 스크래치 등도 불량품으로 인정해드리지 않으니 예민하신 분들은 이 점 유의해주시기 바랍니다.

상품을 받으신 후 실내에 1-2시간 놔뒀다가 개봉해주시기 바랍니다. 요즘 날이 추워 배송 과정에서 얼기 때문에 깨지기 쉽습니다. 이에 대한 부분은 책임질 수 없으니 꼭 주의해주시기 바랍니다.

불량 제품일 경우 저에게 일단 연락을 주시면 제가 사진 확인 후 공장에 문의를 넣도록 하겠습니다. 국내 거주하시는 분은 교환을 원하실시 배송 받은 날 기준으로 일주일 안에 연락을 주셔야합니다. 그 후에 연락 주실시 교환이 안된다는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.

또한 교환을 원하실시 무조건 택배를 개봉하기 전부터의 과정을 동영상으로 찍어주셔야합니다. 동영상을 보여주시지 않을시 제가 교환을 해드릴 수 없으니 설마 내꺼는 괜찮겠지? 하시면서 그냥 뜯지마시고 혹시라도 모르는 마음으로 동영상을 남겨주시면 감사하겠습니다. 정상 제품이면 깔끔하게 동영상 삭제 해주시면 되니깐요:)

This is the first-tier collect book. There are 40 sheets of inner paper and the inner lining color is white.

It takes a while to receive the product since it takes 3 weeks to make a sample and 4~5 weeks to produce an actual item. Please understand this in advance before ordering the item. ​Please understand this in advance before ordering the item. Due to the factory's production, it is inevitably impossible to exchange/refund for the pressed-shaped on the back of the book. The holes for the front part of the book might not be smooth. Also, we don't accept any tiny scratches, tiny print splashes, and tiny scratches as defective products, so please be aware of this if you are sensitive on these cases. Please leave it indoors for 1-2 hours after receiving the product and then open it. Since It is cold these days, it is easy to break because it might freeze during the delivery process. I can't take responsibility for this, so please be careful. If it's a defective product, please contact me first and I'll check the photo of it and ask the factory. (Please contact me within 3 days after receiving the item) If you want to exchange it, you must contact me within 3days after receiving the item. Please note that if you contact me after that, I can't exchange it. Also, if you want to exchange it, you must take a video of the process before opening the package (Un-boxing videos). If you don't show me the video, I can't exchange it for you. So don't think like 'I think mine should be okay' and open it first. Please don't open it first, just in case please leave a video while opening the box. If it's a normal product without problems, you can just delete the video after it! :

サンプルの制作は3週ぐらいかかります、本商品の制作期間は４～５週ぐらいかかりますので購入後商品が着くまで結構時間がかかることご了承お願い致します。制作の際結構時間がかかる商品ですので確認した上でのご注文お願い致します。 

工場で制作する時発生した傷,微細なスクラッチ、背表紙の所の傷（押された跡など）やごつごつする穴のための返金・交換はできないことご了承お願い致します。

最近天気のため商品が凍る場合がありますのでもらった後室内で１～２時間解凍管した後開けてください。凍ったまま開封して発生した傷については責任を取らないことご了承お願い致します。

初期不良の場合写真と動画を送ってください。商品をもらった日を基準にして三日以内に連絡お願いします。三日が過ぎっての問い合わせについては返金・交換ができないことご了承お願い致します。

開封の動画がないと交換できないです。交換の際必ず開封の動画を取ってください。お知らせを確認してください。
